Reel Studio

Terms of purchase and use

Last updated 19 October 2026. These terms apply to the Reel Studio digital kit sold by TBC Studios (Alycia Chapman), Brisbane, Australia. By buying it you agree to them.

1. What you are buying

Reel Studio is a digital product: a downloadable folder of software, templates and written guides, plus a PDF setup guide delivered at checkout. It runs on macOS with the Claude desktop app and a Claude plan that includes Claude Code. Those are sold by Apple and Anthropic, not by us, and their cost is separate from this purchase.

2. No refunds for change of mind

Because the kit is delivered immediately and can be copied the moment it is downloaded, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits for change of mind, for buying it on the wrong computer, for not having the required Claude plan, or for deciding you no longer want it. Please read the requirements on the sales page before you buy.

3. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms removes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If the kit has a major fault that we cannot fix, or is materially different from how it was described, you are entitled to a remedy under that law. To make a claim, reply to your order email with what went wrong and a screenshot. We will work with you to fix it first.

4. Licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the kit on computers you own, for your own reels and for reels you edit for clients. You may not resell, share, re-upload or redistribute the kit, the download link, the guides or the templates, or include them in any product of your own. The download link is unique to buyers; sharing it is a breach of these terms and we may disable it.

5. Updates and support

Updates to the kit are included while it is on sale, delivered at the same download link. Support is by email, in writing, for installation and setup questions. We do not edit your reels for you, review your reels, or provide live or phone support as part of this purchase.

6. Third-party software

The kit uses open-source tools (including Remotion, whisper.cpp and FFmpeg) and runs inside Claude Code. Each is governed by its own licence and terms, which you accept when you install them. Remotion is free for individuals and companies of up to three people; larger companies need their own Remotion licence.

7. Results

The kit is a tool. What a reel earns, how it performs, and whether anyone watches it depends on your footage, your audience and your platform. We make no promise about views, followers, sales or any other outcome.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising from this purchase is limited to the price you paid. We are not liable for loss of footage, data, time or income. Keep your own backups of your raw footage.

9. Privacy

We collect your name, email and the optional details you give at checkout to deliver the product and send you updates about it. We do not sell your details. You can unsubscribe at any time.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms: reply to your order email, or email hello@tbcstudios.com.au.
